The family announces with sorrow her death in Sudbury, Monday December 23, 2024 at the age of 79 years. Daughter of the late Augustin Monette and of the late Ruby Monette (née Legault). Loving wife of the late Daniel Gaudette. Precious mother of Yves Gaudette (Nathalie) and Natalie Dutrisac (Michel Robert). Predeceased by her son Joel Gaudette. Estelle will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Janelle, Alexandre, Corey, Ryan, Simone, Sydney, Nicholas, Jaydon, Jazmine, Lee, and her great-granddaughter Haisley. Also survived by her brothers and sisters Jean Monette (late Audrey), Noel Monette (Marie-Luce), Angele Bizier (late René), Colette Langlois (late Aurele Courchesne), Noella Bergerons (Tony), Madeleine Monette, Yvan Monette (late Barb), Agnes Crichton (James), and Victore Monette (Diane). Predeceased by her siblings Léo, Laurier (Berthe Monette), Robert (late Beverley), and Claude Monette.
Estelle enjoyed being surrounded by her family. She spent many hours caring for them and her loving husband. Special moments were cherished at the family home on Ranger Bay in Alban.
The Gaudette family will receive friends for a celebration of life to be held Saturday, January 4th 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Club Age D’Or, in Hanmer. Please come and share your pictures and memories of this fine lady.
