FORTH, Maxwell Garfield 'Gary'

At his home in North Bay, on Tuesday, September 8th, 2015. Gary was the beloved husband of the late Audrey, he was 81 years old. Loving father of Rick and his wife Grace and Katherine. He will be loving remembered by his grandchildren Ashley, Carter, Ryan, Wesley, Zach and by his great grandchildren Preston & Peyton. Dear brother of June (Art – Predeceased), Ron (Cheryl), Neil (Suzanne), Karen (Louie) and brother-in-law of Vivian and Kathy. Gary was predeceased by his parents William and Eva Forth and by his siblings Doug, Elva (Tom), Dolores (Howard), Frank and Ken. Visitation will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home on Friday, September 11th from 10am until time for a Memorial Service in the Martyn Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 am.
