Everitt, Mary Verabell “Bell”- Passed away peacefully at Nipissing Manor in Corbeil on Sunday September 17th, 2023 at the age of 103.

Predeceased 41 years ago by her husband Edward “Big Ted” Everitt and her son Ted Everitt  in 2014 (Gerri Everitt-surviving). She will be sadly missed by her grand-daughter Jaime Houlden and her cherished great grandsons Jake and Zakk, who were her pride and joy that she loved oh so much!

She is also survived by her special nephew Bobby Bryans and grand-daughters Cheri and Cara.

Bell worked for several years as a Correctional Officer in Southern Ontario. She was heavily involved in her church at Bethel Gospel, where she had many friends. In the 1950’s she moved to Germany for a few years while her husband played music in big bands. Her great-grandsons were her reason for living, she cherished every day spent with them until the day of her passing. She will be truly missed.

As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at Bethel Gospel Chapel, 781 Tackaberry Dr. on Thursday September 28th, 2023 at 11am.

The family would like to thank the staff at Nipissing Manor for the exceptional care given to Bell during her stay.

In lieu of flowers, Bell has requested donations to the education trust fund for her great-grandsons Jake and Zakk. Please make cheques payable to Jake and Zakk Houlden. They will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
