Duchesne, Gisele (nee Boissonneault) (1941-2023)
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear mother Gisele on November 15th 2023 at Waters Edge at the age of 82.
Cherished mother Lise Michauville (Jacques), Joane Duchesne, Jean-Guy Jr. “Bob”. Grandmother to Jacqueline Gauthier (Pat), Jeremy Currie (Tylan), Evan Smith (Matt), great-grandmother to Brielle, Mason, Calvin and Oliver. Her surviving sisters Rhéanne (Late Zoel), Rita (Wayne), and Claire. Surviving brothers Rhéo (Lorraine), Claude (Rollande). Predeceased by her loving husband Jean-Guy as well as their first daughter Francine. Also predeceased by her parents Méridé and Emillianne (nee Guillemette), her brothers Rene, Lucien, Gerald, Victor, Charles-Léo, her sisters Lucille and Pauline.
Gisele loved being out in nature, fishing, laughing and being with her family. She has touched many hearts and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
As per her wishes cremation has taken place. The family is receiving friends and family at Hillside Funeral Services 362 Airport Rd., on Sunday November 19th 2023 from 6pm until 8pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at 8pm at the funeral home.
