Suddenly, at Temiscaming, Quebec, on Wednesday, February 18, 2004, at the age of 56. David Carr, beloved husband of Jo-Anne McDonald of North Bay. Proud and loving father of Robert Carr (Deborah Holmes), Sean McDonald (Alison) and April McDonald, all of North Bay. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Cameron, Tyler, Travis and Tanner. David was predeceased by his parents Clifford and Hazel Carr (nee Rowe), brothers Gerald and Earl (Barbara), and sister Eva Sale (Jime). Sadly missed by his brothers and sisters, Herb (Peggy), Redbridge, Cathy Sale (Jack), North Bay, Bill, Victoria, British Columbia, Joan Jodouin (Shorty), North Bay, Marc (Vi), Toronto, Ken (Sheila), Hamilton, Elsie Jessup (Jim), Redbridge, Shirley McMullan (Ron), North Bay, Muriel Jessup (late Ken), Bridgewater, Nova Scotia and Thomas (Marjorie), Redbridge. A professional driver, Dave was an owner/operator for Superior Carriers, operating as D&J Transport. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hail) on Saturday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. and Saturday evening from 7 p.m. until time for services in the Chapel at 8 p.m. Cremation at Forest Lawn Crematorium (Tower Drive).
