Loving husband and best friend to Lori Michelle Burke, Gary passed away suddenly on May 3, 2020. Gary touched the hearts and souls of everyone who met him. He loved being around people, and people loved being around him. Gary was the most sincere and generous person who was always laughing and telling jokes, and making Caesar Sundays something to really look forward to. He was forever teasing his grandchildren and his greatest delight was being around them. Gary will be deeply missed but never forgotten by all who knew him.
Gary is lovingly remembered by his wife Lori, son Gary Jr (Katy), son Ryan (Natalie), daughter Stefanie (BJ), sister Pat, brothers Michael, John (Janice) and predeceased by brother Phillip. Gary’s beloved grandchildren are Mitchell, Paige, Jacob, Landon, Avery, Norah, Taya and Brody.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
A celebration of Gary’s life will be announced at a later date.
