He will be remembered by countless nieces and nephews and by everyone that was fortunate enough to have met him.
Jean retired after a long and enjoyable career as a truck driver. He spent his retirement reconnecting with family and friends, mowing lawns, gardening, hanging around Murray’s Garage in South Huron, and donating to multiple casinos, as well as keeping the Crossword scratchers in business.
You will be missed, Dad, brother, grand-papa, grandpa, love, and friend.
Thank you to all the wonderful family and friends, exceptional PSWs, his Nurse Ryan, Dr. O’Grady, and countless other medical support staff who helped us navigate through the last 3 years.
A celebration of Jean’s life will be held on Saturday March 8, 2025, from 1pm to 6pm at the Corbeil Four Seasons Club, 1482 Corbeil Road in Corbeil. The burial will take place at a later date in Kitchener, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, to be with his beloved Carol. Online condolences can be shared at www.hillsidefuneral.ca
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Jean to Nipissing Serenity Hospice, a food bank or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by his family.
Our lives are forever touched by your presence in it and you won't be forgotten. Until we meet again.
