It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Robert on Wednesday October 5, 2022, at his home in Callander at the age of 62 years. He was the beloved husband of Margo Bolton of Callander and the loving father to Robbie Gibson of Fort Erie and Ryan Bolton of Toronto. He was the cherished Grandfather to Freya and Rowan of Fort Erie and Izabell of the U.S.A. He was the brother to Brian Bolton and Roy Bolton of Fort-Erie, Paul Nelson of Sudbury, James Nelson of Sudbury, John Nelson of Callander and Steven Nelson of Sudbury. He is predeceased by his brother Daniel Nelson and his mother Donna Bolton of Markstay and is survived by his father Robert Bolton Sr. of Fort Erie. As per Robert’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will occur at a later date. If desired, donations to a charity of choice would be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
