ANDERSON, Joyce Gloria

Peacefully at Eastholme, Powassan on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. She was in her 95th year.  Joyce (Mick) was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Richard N. “Dick” Anderson (d. 2002). She was the beloved mother of Paul of North Bay, the late Harvey (d. 2013), Milton of Thompson, Manitoba and Sandra (Michael Rahn) of Sicamous, British Columbia. Grandma will be lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews. Joyce was predeceased by her parents Georgina (Waddell) and Dave Mick and by her siblings Fern, Maxwell, Paul, and June Cowan. An active member of Chisholm United Church all her life, Joyce was awarded a life membership in the United Church Women. The Anderson family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Friday, September 15, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday at 11 am followed by interment at Boxwell Cemetery, Chisholm Township.
