Fleming backstops Acadie-Bathurst to 2-0 win over Cape Breton

Joshua Fleming earned a shutout as the Acadie-Bathurst Titans defeated the Cape Breton Eagles 2-0.

David-Alexandre Coulombe scored the game-winning goal, while Colby Huggan added an empty-netter.

Fleming made 33 saves, while Eagles goaltender Jakub Milota stopped 36 of 37 shots.

GATINEAU -- Mateo Nobert tallied twice as the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada downed Gatineau.

Matt Gosselin, Jonathan Fauchon, Justin Carbonneau and Eliot Ogonowski also scored for the Armada.

Blainville-Boisbriand goaltender Martin Haronik stopped 21 of 23 shots.

SHERBROOKE - Charles-Antoine Beauregard scored three goals as the Sherbrooke Phœnix defeated the Saint John Sea Dogs.

Phoenix netminder Linards Feldbergs stopped 23 of 24 shots.

DRUMMONDVILLE - Alex Mercier had a hat trick as the Moncton Wildcats knocked off the Drummondville Voltigeurs.

Cooper Cormier and Juraj Pekarcik also for Moncton.

Ethan Gauthier replied for Drummondville.

SHAWINIGAN - Félix Lacerte scored three goals as the Shawinigan Cataractes pummelled the Halifax Mooseheads.

Jiri Klima scored a pair while Chad Lygitsakos, Vince Elie and Jacob Lachance added singles for Shawinigan.

Cataractes goaltender Liam Sztuska stopped 25 of 26 shots.

BAIE-COMEAU - Louis-Charles Plourde scored twice as the Baie-Comeau Drakkar downed the Charlottetown Islanders.

ROUYN-NORANDA - William Lacelle earned a shutout as Rimouski blanked Rouyn-Noranda,

Jacob Mathieu notched two goals and Alexandre Blais added a single for Rimouski.
