The Friends of Laurier Woods (FLW) will hold its Annual General Meeting on April 24 at Christ Church, 312 Greenwood Avenue.
The meeting is open to all FLW members. If you are not a member, you can attend for $20 to help defray costs.
The evening begins with a reception at 6 pm with light snacks and an opportunity to meet other like-minded people, followed by the annual general meeting.
Following the annual general meeting, Rod Bilz will share his knowledge and experience about local hiking and biking trails.
Memberships can be purchased at the door or at www.laurierwoods.com. They can also be arranged by contacting 705-492-9734. A single annual membership costs $20, and a family membership costs $30.
This evening offers an opportunity to join the board and support this jewel of nature in the centre of the city.
