Dr. Frank Fazzari passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 93 years.
Many will remember him as a loyal friend and dedicated member of the community says Dr. Fazzari's obituary.
He practiced medicine until his 84th birthday.
"He was integral to the development of pediatric care in the region. His devotion to his medical practice (pediatrics and allergy) was only surpassed by the love, care, and compassion he gave to his family and friends.
"His marriage of 60 years to Ruth was the foundation of the family he loved. All those who knew him loved him."

The family will receive visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home on Wednesday December 22, between the hours of 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption on Thursday December 23 at 10 am. Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery will follow at a later date.
The family has chosen to follow the Covid-19 protocol requiring guests attending visitation at the funeral home to be fully vaccinated. Proof of Vaccinations and Government ID are required and the wearing of masks and face coverings while in the funeral home.
