Weather whipsaw for area residents this week

Temperatures will rise to 12 on Wednesday afternoon

Strong northerly winds brought back the freezing temperatures today, but expect a brief warmup before cooler temps prevail.

The wind was so strong it toppled trees along Cedar Heights Road in the north of the City.

Tuesday will see a high of 7, while temperatures will rise to 12 on Wednesday afternoon. Temperatures are forecast to drop over the weekend. After that, temperatures begin an upward trend.
