Watercolour exhibition at The Westlake Gallery

This will be the largest collection of watercolour work that The Westlake Gallery has exhibited.

Arlie Hoffman will be exhibiting a collection of his inspirational past and present watercolour works at The Westlake Gallery. Arlie has been a integral component of the North Bay art scene since the late 1970s.

He has been involved with the North Bay Art Association and was on the board of the Capitol Centre, as well as running Artsperience summer programs at Canadore College. Recently Arlie has been focusing on his own practice and teaching out of his studio at 150 West on Oak Street.

The Westlake Gallery is honoured to showcase Arlie Hoffman's exhibition, Seeking Zen: Selected Works Past and Present. We are excited to have Arlie come to take over the space with his incredible work. This will be the largest collection of watercolour work that The Westlake Gallery has exhibited to date. Arlie does an incredible job of both realistic and figurative paintings.T

he show is opening, May 20th from 7-9:30pm, during the Downtown Gallery Hop. The public is invited to see the artist's work, chat with the artist, and enjoy some free food. This is a free community event.

 The Westlake Gallery is a non for-profit art gallery. Committed to the exhibition of emerging and local artists, and community engaged events.The show will run until June 17th from Monday to Friday 12:30 – 3 pm, or by appointment.
