The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting your help in catching a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of his Breach of Parole.
John Toth is described as a white male, 48 years of age, 5’8” (173 cm), 216 lbs (98kg). He has several tattoos all over his body. On his left upper arm he has a tattoo of a woman and a Wizard. On his right arm he has tattooed a Viking and the Grim Reaper. On the back of his neck he has tattooed Angels and several names.
He is serving a three year and two month sentence for Kidnapping, Robbery, Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Possession of a Weapon.
The offender is known to frequent the cities of North Bay, Toronto, Welland, Brantford, Peterborough,Timmins and Haileybury.
