On The 28th of Oct. shortly before 2:30 AM it is alleged that a woman was walking on Second Av. near Front St. when a man suddenly grabbed her. This man touched her sexually on two occasions while she was yelling at him. He then fled towards 1st Av. W.
He is described as male white, early 20s, 5’3, slim build and wearing a grey coat with hood with dark pants and dark shoes.
