The North Bay Regional Science Fair (NBRSF) one-day event will be held Wednesday, April 13th at the Nipissing University Sports Complex, in Gym A.
This year marks the 54th anniversary of the fair. In that time, regional students have impressed the community with original, thought provoking ideas and experiments. And almost every year, of the students selected to go to the Canada-Wide Science Fair, at least one project returns with a major prize.
This year more than 55 projects (Grades 7 through 12), and 50 Science on the Wall posters (Grades 1 through 6) are registered.
The public is welcome.
The Fair is being held in Gym A of the Nipissing Sports complex. Public viewing is from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Awards Ceremony will commence at 6:00 pm in the Nipissing Theatre, Room F213.
Chair, David Jackowski said, “Our students are developing a real aptitude for science – they deserve our recognition.”
