The boat launch at Armstrong Park on Trout Lake will be closed for annual maintenance dredging from 8 a.m. July 16 until 2 p.m. July 19.
As per Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry guidelines, in-water work on Trout Lake is only permitted between July 15 and September 15 in order to protect fish during spawning migrations and other critical life stages.
Boaters are asked to use an alternate location for Trout Lake boat access until the work is completed.
