Police have another home invasion suspect in custody

On January 27, the North Bay Police Service reported that a home invasion had taken place in North Bay and that one suspect had been arrested and charged (Adrian Wright 25 years old of Hamilton).

D/ Csts Paul Brewer and Dan Robertson of our Investigative Section attended Hamilton on the 29th of Jan. during the evening hours and took another suspect into custody and returned him to North Bay. (Sam ECKER 19 years old of Hamilton)

A third accused was arrested by Hamilton Police Service February 08 and returned to North Bay by D/Csts Robertson and Levasseur of the North Bay Police Service.

Philip Christopher MacLellan, 22 years old, of Hamilton is charged with Robbery, Forcible Confinement, Extortion, and Use Firearm During Commission of an offence and is remanded in custody until February 12/07.
