Pets die in 4th Avenue home fire

Two dogs are dead following a kitchen fire Thursday morning in a 4th Avenue West home. Although the cause of the blaze is undetermined, reports indicate that a stove switch may have sparked the fire on the stove top which spread a garbage pail.

Although the cause of the blaze is undetermined, reports indicate that a stove switch may have sparked the fire on the stove top which spread a garbage pail.

The family of four was not home at the time.

Damages are pegged in the range of 70 thousand dollars.
