The first New Year's baby of 2022 has arrived in North Bay and it's a little girl.
Catelaya Clara Vanzella was born at 1:06 a.m. on New Year's Day at the North Bay Regional Health Centre weighing 7 pounds and 13 oz.
"Congratulations on the birth of your daughter, Sarah," the North Bay Regional Health Centre stated on social media.
Sarah and Catelaya live right here in North Bay. Catelaya is Sarah's first child.
Last year, the 2021 New Year's Baby was a little boy, as Hunter Michael Lyle was born at 3 a.m. on New Year's Day.
