Hundreds gathered in downtown North Bay at the Cenotaph on First Avenue this morning as the community, legion members, veterans, students, citizens and American and Canadian NORAD personnel from CFB North Bay attended a Wreath Laying Ceremony as part of the unique outdoor Remembrance Day festivities organized by the North Bay Legion on November 11.
