North Bay Mayor Al McDonald continues to urge the community to get needles in arms as COVID-19 numbers continue to trend down in North Bay and around the province.

Now, McDonald says, it's up to those who haven't been vaccinated to get the shot.

"We have more than enough supply, we need arms," said McDonald in a social media post.

"The vaccination clinic (Memorial Gardens) now runs every second day through to the end of July. Our local pharmacies have openings too,  please give them a call, they are doing their part to get us back to normal."

Sunday's case count of 166 in Ontario was the lowest total reported since early September 2020.
