A downtown bar that closed in May is now for sale on Kijiji through a local realtor.
Club 151 Bar Lounge, and formerly known as Blurr, located at 151 Main Street East, was put up on the popular sales website on Saturday.
“Successful nightclub and bar up for sale,” the Kijiji ad states.
“Licensed establishment is a true turn-key business opportunity for someone or a group who has experience in hospitality. Central location directly in front of the bus station makes this an easy access point for students.”
The bar includes a one bedroom apartment is selling for $397,500.00.
The downtown bar announced that it was closing for the summer back in early May.
“Sorry Ladies and Gentlemen, we have closed for the summer,” the Club 151 Facebook page stated.
“We will still be opening our doors for special events so stay tuned.
“Thank you to all of our patrons who supported us during the school year and look forward to seeing you in September.”
The owners also confirmed if the bar does not sell it will re-open in September.
