The new Starbucks location on Algonquin Avenue is nearly ready to open.
The new Starbucks North Bay facebook page has announced that Friday, May 24th will be the grand opening of the new coffee shop in the city.
However, employees were already spreading the Starbucks brand around the city this weekend, offering drinks at various locations including Northgate Shopping Centre, M & M Meat Shops and the North Bay waterfront.
Starbucks officially confirmed the construction of a new location back in August of 2018.

Starbucks did have a small location inside the Target department store but closed when Target Canada shut the doors of the North Bay store back in 2015.
It appears the parking lot and drive thru still need to be paved before the official opening on the 24th.
