Mattawa is celebrating Canada Day with festivities to thank everyone who helped Mattawa survive the 2019 Flood.
On July 1 from 11 a.m. till dusk the celebration will be hosted by the Town of Mattawa, Mattawa Museum Board and the Mattawa Mental Help Support Group.
It will include thank you speeches at 3 p.m. with MP Anthony Rota and MPP Vic Fedeli.
Live music with The Unknown, Whisky Jack, Brett Hummel, Sandra & Friends, Bill Vrebosch, Columbe Belanger and Nel and Friends,
Activities include:
- Live Music,
- Air Bounce,
- Vendors,
- Free BBQ,
- Kid's Fun Zone,
- Draws and
- Fireworks.
