More than 20 local high school athletes qualified for the OFSAA Track and Field championships at York University in Toronto this week.
However only a handful of local athletes had top 10 finishes including the following athletes:
Samuel Pannell, 2nd in Junior Men's Discus, Algonquin
Abigail Jarbeau, 6th in Junior Girls' Discus. West Ferris
Heath Bradley, 10th Junior Men's Discus, Chippewa
Jackson Culin, 6th Novice Men's Shot Put, Scollard Hall
The three-day even wraps up on Saturday afternoon.
