The Liberals have failed to deliver and have broke n promises from Adscam to riding boundaries, Nipissing-Timiskaming Conservative Party candidate Al McDonald says.
McDonald made the accusations the same day as Liberal leader Paul Martin's visit to North Bay.
Further details are included in the following news release issued by the McDonald campaign late Monday night:

NORTH BAY
The arrival of Liberal leader Paul Martin reminds us of all the promises made and broken by the Liberal party.
Locally they promised not to divide the First Nation on the western side of the riding with the boundary redistribution, and they failed to deliver.
Provincially they promised not to raise our taxes, and they failed to deliver.
Federally Paul Martin made a commitment to Canadians to get to the bottom of the Sponsorship Scandal, and he failed to deliver.
He admitted there was “political direction.”
He pledged “heads will roll” come hell or high water. (Victoria Times Colonist, Feb. 13, 2004)
Then he promised answers before the election: “I want to get to the bottom of this. I want every single fact to come out and I want every person who has been involved in this to pay the consequences for it… Once Canadians can
see that… we’ll have the election.” (Windsor Star, March 13, 2004)
The Gomery inquiry into Adscam started hearings today. Does Paul Martin expect the inquiry to conclude its deliberations in six days? It better, because Mr. Martin promised to have all the answers before the election.
Or is this just another broken promise?
