Thousands of enthusiastic spectators lined Chippewa, Ferguson and Main streets Sunday afternoon, despite freezing temperatures, to watch the North Bay Santa Parade.
People clapped and cheered the floats and marchers in minus 10 noon-hour temperatures (-20 wind chill).
