The Ontario Provincial Police have shut down a portion of Highway 17 between North Bay and Sturgeon Falls due to what witnesses was a three-vehicle collision near Dutrisac Road near Sturgeon Falls.
511 Ontario reported the collision just after 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
Witnesses say two significantly damaged vehicles could be seen in the ditch.
Witnesses add that one lane opened around 8 p.m. No word on how any injuries in the multi-vehicle collision.
