Highway 17 W reopened last night around 9:45 after what OPP termed a "serious collision."
No details from OPP yet but the highway was closed around 1:30 yesterday afternoon.

Traffic Collision experts are on scene to collect evidence. The accident occurred close to Yelleck.
Flames were visible along with heavy smoke in the collision which involved a transport and another smaller vehicle.
There are reports of possible fatalities, but no confirmation.
