Join members of 22 Wing/Canadian Forces Base (CFB) North Bay past and present at the Canadian Forces Museum of Aerospace Defence for an afternoon of personal stories from women in air defence.
Celebrating International Women’s History Month, the Canadian Forces Museum of Aerospace Defence is proud to host women currently serving at 22 Wing/CFB North Bay as well as veterans on Saturday, March 25, from noon - 4 pm.
"The public is invited to visit the museum throughout these hours for casual but fascinating conversations about how air defence has evolved, their experiences with the Royal Canadian Air Force, and what women’s military history means to them," says a news release.
The event is free, but donations to the museum are greatly appreciated.
The museum is located at 33 Manston Crescent, 22 Wing/CFB North Bay.
