Freezing rain is expected to move east across the region this morning as a large weather system approaches from the west. The freezing rain will change over to plain rain by noon as temperatures rise above the zero degree mark.
Travelling conditions will deteriorate after the freezing rain arrives. Motorists and pedestrians should exercise caution.
Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.
Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.
