The Ottawa Citizen is reporting that fromer North Bay resident Frederick Radcliffe, 39, has been found to be too great a risk to the public.
Ontario Superior Court Justice Paul Lalonde ruled Friday that Radcliffe, a pedophile who raped a 13-year-old girl he met at an Ottawa coffee shop, is a dangerous offender and will be jailed indefinitely.
