A fire gutted a large 16,000 square foot warehouse at the Minesteel Fabricators facility located on Highway 11 North.
Firefighters from all three stations spent most of the day Saturday trying to contain the blaze which fire officials believe caused more than six million dollars in damage to the mining technology company.
The call came in around 6:30 a.m. Saturday and firefighters spent most of the day trying to contain the fire as smoke and flames were visible when they arrived on the scene.
There are no reports of injuries as the investigation into the cause continues. The Ontario Fire Marshall's office is on the scene and expects to have its investigation complete by Monday.
