Domino's Pizza is moving into downtown North Bay and officials with the pizza franchise told BayToday the move is significant.

"Our North Bay location will be one of the biggest in Canada and will offer carry-out, dine-in, curb-side pick-up, and delivery options," Domino's told BayToday in an email.

The pizza restaurant is moving into the former TW Foods location in the 100-block of Main Street East in North Bay.

"We are thrilled to announce that construction has already started at our new location on 137 Main Street East. We are aiming to have it up and running by the end of June or early July," the email continued.

TW Foods owners Thorsten von Estorff and Withold Goldgruber shuttered the business as the two businessmen decided to retire.

Domino's officials say a special customer appreciation event will be planned closer to their opening date.
