Council picks Linkie’s successor

The Mayor and Council of the City of North Bay are extremely pleased to announce that Jerry Knox has been selected as the City’s next Chief Administrative Officer (C.A.O.)

Mr. Knox’s proven track record as the City’s current Managing Director of Community Services, coupled with his extensive experience in other public and private sector organizations makes him an ideal Chief Administrative Officer.

Mr. Knox was selected from amongst a significant group of exceptional candidates.

Mayor Al McDonald, speaking on behalf of City Council, stated, “We are very excited to announce that Jerry will be taking over as our Chief Administrative Officer effective July 30, 2012. Jerry’s strong leadership abilities, strategic decision making and unwavering commitment to our City make him the perfect choice.”
