North Bay city council has passed a motion at its meeting Monday night seeking work project numbers from the province for Hwy 11 construction.
The motion was introduced by Coun. Dave Mendicino, who said the numbers would have dates attached to them confirming work is being done on four-laning the remaining 41-kilometres of highway.

The city has selected a partner to carry out an energy from wind study with West Wind Development.
Council approved the selecton of West Wind Monday night.
The Green Municipal Enabling Fund will pay 50 per cent of the cost of a two-year wind assessment and feasibility study.

City council will consider giving $15,000 to the Blue Sky Economic Growth Corporation for its 2005 fiscal budget.
Corporation general manager Susan Church, a former city councilor, made a presentation to council asking for the money.
Mayor Vic Fedeli asked Church if the city would be able to receive something tangible back, such as tourism-related brochures, photographs and marketing material, if it approved the request.
The matter has been forwarded to the General Government Committee for discussion.
