On Wednesday Huntsville OPP got a tip that a man who has an outstanding warrant was in the town of Huntsville.
Just after noon, officers found him in a parking lot. After a short foot chase the man managed to escape by getting into his vehicle and taking off at a high rate of speed...but not before crashing into a police cruiser.
Huntsville OPP are actively looking for the suspect Marcel Zimmerman, 42, of Penetanguishene.
He faces Criminal Code charges as a result of the incident.
