OPP have made a substantial drug bust in Temiskaming Shores.
On December 4, North East Region OPP, the Community Street Crime Unit and officers of the Temiskaming Detachment conducted a traffic stop on Highway 11.
Officers conducted a search of the vehicle, where they seized drug paraphernalia and a substantial quantity of suspected Fentanyl, Crystal Meth, Speed, Psilocybin, Percocet and Hydromorph Contin with a street value of approximately $57,700.
Police arrested the driver and passenger, both are residents of Cobalt,
Madonna Sullivan, 45, and Jeffrey Horlock, 44, are charged with:
- Two counts of possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking - Methamphetamine
- Three counts of possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking - Opioid
- Possession of a schedule III substance for the purpose of trafficking
Both Sullivan and Horlock were held for a bail hearing and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date in Temiskaming Shores.
