“It’s a sensational year for Bravo with a growing slate of gripping and original dramas continuing to define the channel,” said Pat DiVittorio, Vice-President, CTV and Specialty Programming in a release.
“Alongside the iconic THE HANDMAID’S TALE, and heartfelt drama LIFE SENTENCE, CARTER rounds out Bravo’s spectrum of dynamic dramas, with its wit, heart, and pearl-clutching mystery.”
In the premiere episode, “Koji the Killer” (Tuesday, May 15 at 8 p.m. ET), Carter returns to his hometown of Bishop, Ontario (North Bay!) after a public scandal in Los Angeles.
His housekeeper-turned guardian of 30 years has been accused of murder, and Harley demands to be included in the investigation. Along the way, he discovers that he has a knack for real detective work and may not return to L.A. so quickly after all.
CARTER is written by Garry Campbell (MADTV), developed alongside writer John Tinker (CHICAGO HOPE), and produced by Amaze Film + Television.
