A telephone or hydro pole was hit by a car and came down on the vehicle in an accident near the corner of John and Oak Street in North Bay last this afternoon.
The emergency call came in around 5:20 p.m.
Firefighters and paramedics were at the scene.
Witnesses believe the accident involved the car which hit the pole and a white truck.
