An excess of Christmas spirit may have clouded a motorist's sense of safety in central Ontario.
A car, merrily decorated with Christmas lights was spotted by OPPr yesterday having an unsafe load, although OPP did not give the exact location.
"Don't be a Griswold!" says an OPP tweet. "This insecure load could prove very dangerous on our roadways. Please secure your load properly."
In Ontario, you must secure your load so that it will not fall or affect the vehicle stability and cause danger or injury to other road users.
We're not sure if a ticket was issued, but the fine is $130
