In a world of online shopping, dominated by huge retailers and aggregators like Amazon, we felt it was time to better showcase our local makers here in our community.

That is why we are excited to announce the official launch of the BayToday Market, a virtual marketplace featuring talented local makers and their products.

The Market is designed to celebrate local makers of original products while offering a centralized, convenient online space to shop their items.

Think of the things you would find at a farmer’s market and that is what you will find here - and more!

The Market includes local artists, arts and crafts, food and drinks, beauty and health products, accessories and clothing companies that have local brands or original products.

The best part of this new BayToday feature is all of our Market vendors are able to accept your purchases online and help coordinate local delivery or contactless pickup.

The Market makes finding and buying local products and brands quick and easy!

There are two ways to visit the Market:

Shop a local directory of makers where you will find their information and products available for purchase.

You can also find this under our “Shop” menu - where you will see BayToday Market Vendors.

Or, if you want to look at all of the products available, visit our Market category in our  BayToday Classifieds section. Here, you will be able to browse products by category and beyond.

We hope this new section encourages you to SHOP LOCAL, as we all know the many benefits of supporting people within our community.

Are you a vendor interested in being included in the Market? Fill out this application form and our team will get back to you.
