City police are looking for two men in connection with a violent home invasion on Cedar Heights Road East Tuesday.
The early morning crime took place near Highway 11 at approximately 6:30 on April 27.
North Bay Police say that after a brief fight with the residents, the suspects fled toward Highway 11 in a small, black car. Police seized a firearm at the scene.
No serious injuries to the victims were reported.
The Criminal Investigations Section is trying to identify the two gunmen involved in the home invasion.
They are described as:
- Suspect 1, male, 6’0”, 170lbs, medium build, wearing a dark green hoodie
- Suspect 2, male, shorter and more slender than Suspect 1, wearing dark, baggy clothing
Police do not believe this was a random incident and there is no immediate threat to public safety.
Officers urge anyone who may have security camera video, including dashcam video in the areas of Highway 11 and Cedar Heights Road at the time of the attack to contact police.
