A traffic accident just outside city limits has shut down Highway 17 West traffic in both directions.
The accident occurred around 4:25 today,
Motorists on the scene report huge lineups occurring as afternoon traffic reaches its peak.Ontario says the crash is at 17 and Winnifred Drive.
There is no detour and no estimate of when the scene will be cleared. a witness says the lineup is so long, cars are turning around.
