Mike Harris Jr, the son of Mike and Janet Harris, has won his seat in Kitchener—Conestoga.
He defeated his NDP opponent Kelly Dick by just 686 votes.

Harris is the son of the former premier, and his mother Janet still lives in North Bay.
He was one of the appointed candidates by Doug Ford for 11 ridings for which a nomination meeting had not been scheduled.
He and his wife Kim have five children.
Harris Sr. led a Tory government in the province for nearly seven years from 1995 to 2002.
