The North Bay and Area Community Foundation has announced $110,352 in grants to local organizations.
“The value that our local charities add to our community is immense and the work that they do is essential. We are incredibly grateful for our fundholders and the generosity of our community. It is because of this generosity that are able to serve as a source of sustainable funding and support the inspiring efforts being made in our area,” said Executive Director, Kate Merritt-Dupelle.
This support for our community is made possible through the Bill and Diana Walton Visual Arts Fund, Bob and Carol Wood Fund for Alzheimer’s Care, Cunningham Community Fund, Jack Burrows Fund, Kennedy Fall Fellowship Fund, Limina Family Classroom and Culture Fund, Mark Rogers Memorial Fund, Mary and John Thornton Futures Fund, Neil and Katherine Kennedy Brick and Mortar Fund, Smart and Caring Communities Fund, Stephen Cerisano Fund, Thomson Children’s Foundation, Thomson Family Foundation, Venasse Community-Building Fund and Winrow Family Fund, all of which are held by the North Bay and Area Community Foundation.
