Thief caught red-handed

Poliice say on August 1, while on patrol in the area of Patton Street, officers saw a man inside a secure location, for which he was not authorized

The North Bay Police Service has arrested and charged a 34-year-old man in relation to a break and enter that occurred on July 10.

Brian Craig Parnell of North Bay is charged with:

  • Break, enter a place – with intent to commit an indictable offence
  • Two counts of breach of recognizance
  • Two counts of disobeying an order of the court

Poliice say on August 1, while on patrol in the area of Patton Street, officers saw a man inside a secure location, for which he was not authorized. Police arrested him.

Parnell was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
