Police have arrested and charged two West Nipissing people with drug-related offences.
On October 23 OPP Community Street Crime officers and the Nipissing West OPP conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on Front Street in Sturgeon Falls.
A search of the vehicle led to the seizure of cellular phones and drugs suspected to be Fentanyl and cocaine with an estimated street value of over $100,000.
Lucie Beaudry, 37, and Mark Cromwell, 35, were arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Both were released and are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on December 5 in West Nipissing.
